No install: the web app

Open solidcraft.io/app in a current browser. Designs are kept in the browser’s private storage and the app works offline after the first visit. To self-host, use the solidcraft-web-0.16.2.zip build or the Docker image ghcr.io/tangency-labs/solidcraft-web (port 8080).

Verify the download (SHA-256)

Download SHA256SUMS.txt from the same release, put it next to your file and compare:

# Linux
sha256sum -c SHA256SUMS.txt --ignore-missing

# macOS
shasum -a 256 -c SHA256SUMS.txt --ignore-missing

# Windows (PowerShell): compare the output with the line for your file
Get-FileHash .\solidcraft-0.16.2-windows-x64.msi -Algorithm SHA256

“Unknown publisher” warnings

The builds are not code-signed yet (official README), so the OS warns on first run:

Checking the SHA-256 above confirms the file is the one GitHub published.
