Open Preferences (File › Preferences, or the Preferences link on the start screen) → General → Language. The choice is saved. The interface is translated into English, Čeština, Dansk, Deutsch, Español, Français, Galego, Italiano, 日本語, 한국어, Bahasa Melayu, Polski, Português (Brasil), Русский, Türkçe, Українська and 中文; Japanese and Chinese are complete, other languages are partial and show English for untranslated text (localization notes).
