Your designs and files

Designs, CSV files and exports are processed in your browser by the SolidCraft web build. They are stored only in your browser’s private storage for this site and are never uploaded to our servers.

What we store on our servers

A random account id linked to your Google account subject, plus the email, name and profile picture Google returns at sign-in.
A one-way hash of your session cookie (HttpOnly; not readable by page scripts).
Credit balance and batch usage: time, number of rows, ok/failed counts. No parameter values or file contents.
For purchases: Creem or Waffo order, checkout and customer ids, product, amount, currency, status, and the email address the merchant of record reports for the order (used only to attach credits to your Google account and answer support requests).

Processors

Creem (merchant of record) handles payment, tax and invoices under its own privacy policy.
Waffo (merchant of record) handles payment, tax and invoices under its own privacy policy.
Cloudflare hosts the site, the API and the database.
Google provides Sign in with Google (OAuth). We receive your Google subject id, email, name and profile picture.
Google Analytics measures page views on the solidcraft.pro guide and PartBatch pages. The hosted editor at /online/app/ has no analytics.

Browser storage

We keep a session cookie (pb_session, HttpOnly) after Google sign-in, and working files in the origin private file system. Signing out or clearing site data ends the session; designs stay only in your browser.

Retention and your rights

Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires (up to 10 years). Usage records are deleted after 24 months. You can ask for a copy or deletion of your data at support@solidcraft.pro; deleting an account removes its remaining credits.

Independent service. PartBatch is an independent, unofficial service run by solidcraft.pro, a community guide. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the SolidCraft project or Tangency Labs. Details.
