Within 14 days of purchase you can get a refund for credits you have not used. For packs, the refund is the price paid multiplied by unused credits ÷ credits bought.
Credits that were used for a batch are not refundable, because the batch was delivered. Batches in which every row failed return their credit automatically, so they count as unused.
If a batch produced broken files because of a fault on our side, write to us and we will return the credit or refund it, also after 14 days.
Email support@solidcraft.pro with your order number (from the Creem or Waffo receipt). We reply within 2 business days. Refunds are paid by the merchant of record to the original payment method; the refunded credits are removed from your account.
