The service

PartBatch rebuilds your parametric design once per CSV row using the official SolidCraft web build, in your browser. PartBatch is an independent, unofficial service run by solidcraft.pro, a community guide. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the SolidCraft project or Tangency Labs.

Credits

A credit allows one batch run of up to the variant limit of the plan it was bought with. Free batches allow up to 3 variants.
Credits do not expire, are not transferable for money and have no cash value except through the refund policy.
If every row of a batch fails, the credit is returned automatically.

Payments, prices and taxes

Payments are processed by Creem or Waffo (the one you choose at checkout), our merchant of record and the reseller of PartBatch credits. The merchant of record handles the payment, sales tax / VAT and your invoice under the Creem Buyer Terms or the Waffo Buyer Terms (whichever processed your order), which apply to your purchase together with these terms.
Current prices are on the pricing page. Prices are in US dollars. Taxes (sales tax or VAT) may apply depending on your country and are shown by the merchant of record before you pay.
Credits are added to your account once the merchant of record reports the order as paid, whatever the amount (orders paid in full with a discount code also count).
Refunds follow the refund policy; refunded or charged-back credits are removed from your account.

Your responsibility for results

Exports are produced by the SolidCraft software from your design and values. Check every part before manufacturing it. The check report helps but is not an engineering verification. The software is provided under its open-source licences without warranty, and PartBatch is provided “as is”.

Acceptable use

Do not attack the service, resell credits, or circumvent the credit limits. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for PartBatch in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Purchased credits keep the limits they were sold with. Contact: support@solidcraft.pro.
